Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to digital banking, savings, and lending products
- Conduct regular reviews and audits of transactions, processes, and documentation to ensure adherence to compliance standards
- Lead the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures for digital banking products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regulators to ensure smooth licensing processes and ongoing compliance
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate compliance risks in product development and operations
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry trends affecting digital banking, savings, and lending in Indonesia
- Prepare and submit timely compliance reports to regulators and internal stakeholders
- Represent the company in regulatory discussions and support the team in addressing compliance-related inquiries and audits
