We’re looking for a Data Analyst Lead to own analytics across our growth and product surface areas. You’ll partner closely with growth marketing, product, engineering, and leadership to define success metrics, reconcile data across systems, and turn messy inputs into clear, trusted insights.
This role is both hands-on and strategic: you’ll build analysis yourself while setting standards for how data is defined
Own end-to-end analytics for growth initiatives across acquisition, activation, retention, and experimentation.
Partner deeply with growth marketing teams operating at scale to measure channel performance, attribution, funnels, and cohort behaviour.
Reconcile and validate data across multiple sources (e.g. marketing platforms, analytics tools, internal systems) to establish a reliable source of truth.
Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reporting that drive both day-to-day decisions and long-term strategy.
Define and standardise core metrics, naming conventions, and data definitions used across teams.
Lead complex analyses including funnel analysis, cohort analysis, experiment evaluation, and trend investigation.
Translate ambiguous questions into structured analyses and communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Mentor and guide other analysts as the team grows, raising the bar for analytical rigor, clarity, and impact.
5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related role.
Significant experience partnering with growth marketing teams at scale (paid, organic, lifecycle, or multi-channel growth).
Strong SQL skills and comfort working directly with large, imperfect datasets.
Proven experience reconciling data across multiple tools and platforms, and identifying discrepancies, gaps, and data quality issues.
Fluency with BI and analytics tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau, Mode, Amplitude, GA, or similar).
Ability to independently scope projects, prioritize work, and drive analyses from question to insight.
Clear written and verbal communication skills, especially when presenting findings to leadership.
Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment with evolving priorities and minimal bureaucracy.
Experience designing or evaluating attribution models.
Background in consumer products, media, or high-growth technology companies.
Experience building or influencing analytics infrastructure and instrumentation decisions., trusted, and used across the company.
