What you’ll be doing:
- Understand and participate in the design, development, and deployment of basic network configurations, servers, laptops, and mobile devices for our end-users, including client engagement team (CET), Technology Engineering (TE), Product Management, Human Resources, Finance, and other support services teams.
- Set up and administrate configurations for anything relative to Office 365, OpenDNS, Lansweeper, Exchange, and Active Directory.
- Create AP Help Desk Tickets and manage JIRA on the back end.
- Administrate Azure and Office365
- Support configurations deployment, including software and hardware upgrades on all networking devices that appear in a network environment, including routing protocols, network security, Wi-Fi, and VoIP.
- Consistently check manufacturers' guidance for upgrades.
- Always make recommendations to help improve overall IT functions and solutions for your designated areas.
- Support / administrate system backups
- Monitor AV/AM, IDS, and logging operations
- Maintain inventory control
