We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer to join our team and work on real-world products. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building scalable backend systems as much as crafting clean, user-friendly interfaces. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to turn ideas into high-quality, production-ready solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize backend systems and APIs
- Build responsive, user-facing interfaces and reusable UI components
- Convert design mockups into high-quality frontend code
- Integrate frontend applications with backend services and APIs
- Manage databases and ensure smooth, reliable data flow
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other engineers to deliver features end-to-end
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Software or Full-Stack Developer
- Proficiency in Node.js for backend development
- Experience with MongoDB and/or MySQL
- Proficiency in React.js or React Native
- Strong understanding of API integration (RESTful services)
- Familiarity with Git and version control workflows
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ownership mindset with a reliable, proactive, and collaborative attitude
- Candidate based in Lagos only.
Benefits
Salary Range: ₦450,000 – ₦650,000 monthly
