Own the overall product strategy, roadmap, and long-term planning for the company’s general product lines
Translate business objectives into clear, actionable product directions and priorities
Make informed trade-offs and balance across trading, growth, account systems, and end-user experience to maximize ROI on resource allocation
Product Lines & Business Execution
Develop a deep understanding of the business model and work closely with Business, Operations, and Sales teams to ensure products are successfully launched and deliver measurable business outcomes
Team Management & Capability Building
Build and lead the general product team, including hiring, developing, and performance management of product managers
Establish product methodologies and operating mechanisms to prompote overall professionalism and delivery efficiency
Take hands-on ownership of critical initiatives when needed, acting as the primary accountable owner to drive resolution of complex problems
Cross-functional Collaboration & Execution
Collaborate effectively with Engineering, Design, Data, Compliance, and Operations teams to resolve cross-team dependencies
Drive decision-making in complex organizational environments and ensure product direction is not overly diluted
Own product outcomes, continuously track core metrics, and drive ongoing optimization
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above; background in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related fields preferred
8+ years of product experience, including 3–5+ years of product team management experience
Experience with complex product ecosystems; familiarity with trading products, account systems, or B2B back-office platforms is a strong plus
Ability to understand technical implementation, user experience, and business objectives simultaneously, with strong judgment and decision-making skills
Highly results-oriented, with the ability to execute effectively in fast-paced, high-uncertainty environments
