We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager who can help accelerate our growth trajectory by driving new business and developing customer accounts. You will:
Grow a pipeline
Win new business
Cross sell and upsell
Forecast and report accurately
Cross functional collaboration
You are a hugely successful sales professional looking for your next challenge. You work in technology, ideally selling either managed services, business applications or security. You have a list of senior contacts that’s the envy of your colleagues and you’re looking for an opportunity to really make your mark and be a key part of the success and future direction of a business.
This is a blended role (combining New Business Development with Account Management and Growth), so you’ll be equally confident opening new opportunities and expanding existing customer relationships.
You’ll also bring hands‑on experience selling one or more of the following technologies or services:
You’re an entrepreneurial self-starter who loves finding and closing new business. A strategic thinker, you’ve strong negotiation skills and a real eye for an opportunity.
Core skills: Selling, Bid/Proposal Management, Stakeholder Relationship Management, Marketing Management and Budgeting & Forecasting

This is a full-time, permanent position, working 37.5 hours per week. This is a hybrid role, and you can be based in the Northeast or in the North of England or Scotland. You will be assigned an office base, depending on which of our office locations is closest to your home address. In-person attendance and/or in-office working is needed at least once per month.
