At Ecosia, we build technology that helps people search and browse the web while positively impacting the planet. As Senior Product Manager for the Native Apps team, you will oversee the evolution of Ecosia’s mobile apps (iOS & Android) and desktop browser, helping shape a modern, AI-forward product experience in Europe.
You will work closely with engineers, product designers, and senior leadership to prioritise, experiment, and deliver meaningful improvements across platforms. This role combines strategic direction with direct product involvement and offers creative freedom within a clearly defined vision.
Own the products of the Native Apps team and collaborate closely with engineering, design, and product peers to prioritise and deliver impactful features
Partner with the C-level to define, iterate on, and communicate the roadmap for Ecosia’s mobile apps and desktop browser
Transform the product vision into well-defined priorities that consider speed, quality, and limitations
Use qualitative and quantitative methods to understand user needs, reduce uncertainty, and guide decision-making
Shape cohesive user experiences across mobile and desktop in collaboration with other product teams
Work with engineering and design to assess visual, technical, and architectural requirements
Collaborate with stakeholders where relevant, supporting problem-solving and delivery
Partner with Marketing on brand alignment and go-to-market considerations
Share clear, regular updates on product progress, learnings, and performance
Advocate for Ecosia’s values and mission in all aspects of product development
5+ years of experience as a Product Manager working on B2C digital products
Comprehensive knowledge of mobile app development and release cycles, including iOS and Android platform differences
Experience designing and improving complex user journeys across devices and platforms
Comfort using qualitative and quantitative methods to prioritise work and validate ideas
Experience working with Agile product development practices
Ability to navigate dynamic environments and collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders
Interest in sustainability or building mission-driven products
Browser experience
Familiarity with experimentation, A/B testing, and product analytics (e.g. Looker; SQL is a plus)
Exposure to building AI-powered products and understanding their constraints and opportunities
