Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Labor Engagement Specialist who is passionate about building a productive and positive relationship with our workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and lead initiatives related to labor relations and employee engagement.

• Act as a point of contact between management and employees to address concerns and resolve conflicts.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, union requirements, and internal policies.

• Participate in labor negotiations and assist with grievance handling.

• Analyze engagement data and recommend actions to improve workplace culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in labor relations or employee engagement.

• Strong understanding of Egyptian labor law and regulatory requirements.

• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage sensitive employee matters confidentially.
