Duties/Tasks to Perform:

- Maintain accurate records within CRM systems, tracking all tasks and activities in real-time to ensure data integrity and provide a foundation for basic reports and trackers.
- Respond to client inquiries via email and cloud-based phone platforms, assisting with intake processes and routing requests to the appropriate departments as needed.
- Prepare professional presentations and documents using Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Slides) to support various industry functions.
- Support invoicing processes and payment follow-ups while utilizing Excel and Google Sheets for general operational tasks and data management.
- Facilitate administrative and client-facing functions across various industries by remaining proactive and detail-oriented in a fully remote environment.
- Utilize collaborative tools such as Microsoft Teams and Google Drive to manage file sharing and team communication across administrative and operational projects.
- Execute remote assignments based on experience and availability, ensuring all virtual assistant functions are performed with high technical proficiency in cloud-based software.
