- Represent the Getty Images value proposition with clarity and accuracy, while executing a consistent cadence of revenue generating activity, including customer outreach, meetings and presentations, with a commitment to grow revenue within the Film and Television production segment in India.
- The Hybrid Key Account Executive (KAE) drives revenue growth by managing existing accounts and developing new business opportunities. This role combines strategic account management with proactive field sales to increase customer penetration and share of spend. Responsibilities include building long-term client relationships, identifying key decision-makers, and leveraging industry expertise to uncover new revenue streams. The position requires strong negotiation skills, effective collaboration with internal teams, and consistent activity tracking in Salesforce to achieve revenue goals. Success depends on positioning Getty Images as the leading provider of content solutions at the highest decision-making levels.
Your Next Challenge:
- Build lasting, inclusive, collaborative, trusting professional relationships with existing and new customers across the Film and Television production community.
- Acquire proficient understanding of core products/solutions and effectively communicate value to customers through diligent and consistent sales discovery.
- Expand and improve business relationships with customers by understanding their objectives through discovery, surfacing new opportunities, and proposing solutions which meet overall needs.Constantly be meeting with current and potential customers primarily face to face, using online meeting tool such as Zoom as a secondary tool, and mobile and messaging services lastly.
- Demonstrate consistent sales engagement, including logging daily activity in Salesforce, progressing leads through sales stages, and documenting, planning, and implementing detailed next steps for each opportunity.
- Develop book of business, looking beyond short-term targets to build a pipeline of sufficient size and viability to exceed budget.
- Implement business strategy across the account base including cross-selling, upselling, discount management, successfully raising pricing or bringing new, fee-based products or features to market.
- Plan, document and present selling plans minimum twice yearly, outlining specific targets, contact strategy, KPIs for success and points of adjustment.
- Deliver engaging, concise and persuasive sales presentations communicating relatable and viable solutions which emphasize Getty Images’ value proposition, prompting sales results. Consistently deliver required business reports and updates accurately and on time
- Meet required monthly, quarterly and annual goals, to include such measurements as Salesforce CRM KPIs, minimum meeting requirements and revenue expectations.
- Upload a forecast (Outlook) that is +/-10% of what is delivered in the month.
What You'll Need:
- At least five (5) years of sales representative experience in a Film, Television, broadcast distribution or other content sales or licensing environment is preferred.
- Sells in a systematic, methodological way using a process driven approach.
- Demonstrated experience preferably using Salesforce or equivalent CRM system.
- Demonstrated experience with Salesforce Engage, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or equivalent tools.
- Effective communicator with interpersonal skills effectively engaging prospects and clients. Demonstrates clear and effective written and verbal communication including via web conferencing.
- Well-developed time management and organization skills, to work efficiently, focus on top priorities for productive outcomes as aligned with expectations.
- Commercially aware and data numerate. Uses customer purchase history, habits and insight to thoroughly assess demand relative to competition, before outlining any proposal or countering to client offers.
- Competent in use of Excel and other reporting tools
- Effectively builds a network of prospective client contacts, building beyond a single or existing contacts.
- Proactively communicates
- Persistent follow-up to close business.
- Collaborates effectively with internal Getty Images subject matter experts (SMEs) and colleagues in other functions/departments.
