WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Senior Business Expert within our Emerging Tech function, you’ll play a key role in bridging business and technology. You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure our products deliver real value to customers and the business. You’ll be involved in ideation, development, and change management, helping drive innovation across H&M.
We are currently hiring for two Senior Business Expert roles, each embedded in a different product team with distinct focus areas:
Role Track 1: Smart Store & Retail Operations
Team Focus: Store digitalization, customer-facing retail tech, and in-store experience.
