In this role, you will be part of the company’s digital team and will manage day-to-day PPC performance campaigns, focusing primarily on paid search.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize paid search campaigns, execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights to achieve maximum results in paid search;
- Dive deep into the client's business objectives, develop and execute a search strategy;
- Support and scale product adoption by optimizing performance-driven paid search campaigns;
- Work with cross-functional teams to drive short and long-term account growth;
- Develop innovative solutions for clients using Google Ads.

Expected Professional Traits
- 1+ (minimum) years proven SEM experience and success managing PPC campaigns across search engines;
- Be knowledgeable about bidding strategies: when to use manual bidding vs. automated strategies like Target ROAS (tROAS) or Target CPA (tCPA);
- Knowledge of Google Ads, Google Editor, and Google Analytics 4;
- Technical knowledge of Google Tag Manager (HTML, JavaScript would be a plus);
- Proficient in Lithuanian & English;
- Experience managing Display and Facebook performance campaigns would be a bonus.
