Job Summary

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and creative Photo Retoucher/Editor to join this expanding team. You’ll work closely with the production and marketing teams to enhance product photos that reflect the brand’s quality and consistency. The ideal candidate has a sharp eye for colour, texture, and composition — and thrives in a fast-paced environment where precision and creativity meet.

Key Responsibilities

• Match colour and exposure to reference photos using Capture One
• Remove smudges, imperfections, and unwanted objects using Photoshop
• Composite new objects into existing photos seamlessly
• Change and enhance backgrounds to align with brand aesthetics
• Organise and export files efficiently in Figma
• Collaborate with the design and production teams to maintain visual consistency across all channels
• Use feedback constructively and iterate quickly to meet production timelines

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Photo Retoucher, Photo Editor, or Visual Designer
• Proficiency with Capture One, Photoshop, and Figma
• Strong understanding of colour theory, light, and texture
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a remote setting
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Must demonstrate attention to detail, organisational skills, and a commitment to consistency

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience using Air (cloud-based photo platform)
• Exposure to AI tools for generative photo enhancement or retouching
• A proactive mindset — comfortable wearing many hats and optimizing workflows as the company scales
