You will own PLG from first click to renewal. You'll run weekly experiments across paid and organic channels, obsess over conversion metrics, and build the marketing engine that makes Kanz a household name for hiring in Saudi Arabia.
You'll be guided by a senior marketing advisor who will coach you weekly — but execution is yours.
What You'll Own
1. Channel Experimentation (Weekly Sprints)
- Run disciplined weekly experiments on TikTok, Snapchat, and recruiter WhatsApp groups
- Test hooks, creatives, audiences, and messaging
- Kill what doesn't work fast. Double down on what does
- Manage an ad budget with full accountability for ROI
2. Conversion Tracking & Optimization
- Implement and supervise end-to-end tracking: ad click → landing page → signup → activation → payment → renewal
- Own the funnel. Know where we're leaking. Fix it.
- Ensure optimal First-Time User Experience (FTUX) in collaboration with product
- Report weekly: what worked, what didn't, what's next
3. Landing Page & PLG Funnel
- Own conversion rate from visitor to signup
- A/B test messaging, layout, CTAs
- Coordinate with dev to ship improvements quickly
4. Brand Splash
- Help create moments that put Kanz on the map in Saudi Arabia
- Influencer activations, viral content, PR stunts — whatever moves the needle
- Think big, execute scrappy
What We're Looking For
- Experimentation mindset: You run tests, read data, iterate fast. You're not precious about your ideas.
- Channel expertise: Hands-on experience with TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, or WhatsApp marketing. Bonus if you've done all three.
- Conversion obsessed: You think in funnels. You know what a good FTUX looks like. You've optimized landing pages before.
- Tracking fluency: Comfortable with Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar. Can implement UTMs, events, and attribution without hand-holding.
- Saudi market intuition: You understand what makes content work in KSA. Arabic fluency strongly preferred.
- Scrappy executor: You don't wait for permission. You ship, measure, learn, repeat.
- Coachable: You'll work closely with a senior advisor. You take feedback well and grow fast.
