About Us: We've developed a revolutionary software product, called TEAMS that supports state-of-the-art container terminals in automated container transport. As a Java Developer, you will have the opportunity to work on this ground-breaking product and become an expert in our field through our comprehensive training program.

What You'll Work On: TEAMS is built using Java, C++, and a range of powerful technologies like Spring Boot, Kafka, Hazelcast, and Camunda. The front-end utilizes JavaScript frameworks such as node.js and vue.js. What sets our product apart is its ability to adapt to the unique requirements of each customer. Each terminal is truly unique, and our tailor made, configurable approach ensures a fit for purpose solution for every single client.

Your responsibilities:

• Participating in challenging projects for our diverse international customers after completing a training period

• Mastering the art of effectively commanding equipment to ensure the efficient navigation of a fleet of robotic vehicles, with safety as the utmost priority.
• Developing a deep understanding of the product's functionality and technical specifications
• Configuring our product uniquely for each customer, guaranteeing a tailored fit
• Engaging in both independent work and collaborative efforts within a vibrant scrum team 

What We Need: With high demands from our customers worldwide for stability, scalability, performance, and security, we need your analytical skills, collaborative mindset, and creative thinking to help us meet and exceed these expectations.

Your Skills and Experience:

• Demonstrable work experience in Java software development for more than 3 years
• A passion for writing maintainable software
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
• Experience with IntelliJ, GitLab, and Maven
• Experience with Oracle and MSSQL databases
• Preferably work experience in C++ software development
• The ability to thrive in a dynamic scrum team environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
