Your role will be to attract and onboard best IT talents (and not only IT) on the market. You will be working closely with hiring manager to understand needs and timelines. You will source potential candidates from various online channels and interview them against Kontakt.io's virtues.
Your Responsibilities
Source potential candidates from various online channels
Screen incoming resumes and application forms
Interview candidates (via phone, video, and in-person)
Advertise job openings on the company’s careers page, social media, job boards, and internally
Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire
Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard
Requirements descriptions
Proven experience as a Recruiter, Sourcer, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role
Experience recruiting/sourcing for IT and technical roles (e.g. software engineers, DevOps, QA, data, product, etc.)
Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience working with ATS systems (e.g. Ashby) and recruitment metrics
