Talent Acquisition Manager - US Focused

Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Hours: 9am - 5pm Eastern Standard Time
Hourly Wage: $12-$16 (Open to negotiation based on experience)

You will develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to our company's needs, ensuring we build a strong workforce that aligns with our values and culture. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will partner with hiring managers to understand their requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and actively search for candidates using a variety of sourcing methods including social media, networking, and traditional recruiting channels. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the CEO and other Talent Acquisition Managers to define job requirements and identify ideal candidates.
• Focus on Full Cycle recruiting for US Candidates
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates for Lago's partners.
• Conduct thorough screening and interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit.
• Manage the recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
