We have two teams that we are hiring within our Engineering department (Product & Technology):
Enterprise Advanced: The Enterprise Advanced team is a global group across Europe and India that builds software enabling MongoDB to run reliably at global scale on any infrastructure. Our platform allows customers to deploy fault-tolerant, distributed MongoDB clusters in minutes.The team focuses on managing MongoDB deployments in on-prem data centers and private clouds. You will work on core functionality across Ops Manager, Cloud Manager, and Automation, supporting some of the world’s largest enterprises running massive data-intensive clusters.
Application Modernization Platform: Software Engineering Interns in the AMP department are fully integrated software engineers who collaborate with experienced engineers, product managers, and designers to build and enhance the next generation of our Application Modernisation Platform. Our team focuses on developing tools and services that enable customers to migrate from legacy database technologies to MongoDB, making the modernisation journey seamless and efficient. Our projects involve deep computer science challenges in areas like database internals, distributed systems, program analysis, and compiler design. We increasingly leverage advanced technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), to automate and intelligently guide the modernisation process.
MongoDB internships are full-time (40 hours/week) for 10 consecutive weeks lasting from dates in May until July. All interns are considered hybrid employees, designated the "in office" working model and are expected to be in their office location 3 days a week.
