Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to Dutch-speaking prospects to inform them about Eneco’s products and services.
• Utilize persuasive communication skills to effectively sell energy solutions and convert leads into loyal customers.
• Achieve quarterly sales targets by consistently following up on leads and managing the sales cycle.
• Maintain an accurate record of customer interactions and sales activity using our CRM system.
• Work collaboratively with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and enhance lead generation efforts.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction while addressing inquiries and resolving issues as needed.
• Stay informed about Eneco’s offerings and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions to potential clients.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Previous experience in outbound sales, particularly within the energy sector, is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to persuade and build relationships with prospects.
• Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously in a remote environment.
