Your Responsibilities:
- Own the full lifecycle of developer productivity and quality tools (e.g., GitHub/GitLab, Artifactory/Nexus, SonarQube, LambdaTest, Pact);
- Being involved in vendor management, licensing, renewals, and cost optimization;
- Monitor adoption and performance through KPIs and feedback to drive continuous improvement in developer experience;
- Define and promote best practices for secure, scalable, and efficient usage of CD&Q tools;
- Coordinate integration into enterprise workflows, identity systems, and security controls;
- Facilitate structured feedback loops, evaluate new capabilities, and contribute to roadmap decisions;
- Ensure compliance with governance, audit, licensing, data protection, and security policies;
- Provide onboarding, enablement, documentation and targeted trainings to increase self-service and adoption speed;
- Support incident and problem management for the managed tools in collaboration with engineering teams.
Required key competencies and qualifications:
- Proven experience with software engineering or DevOps environments; programming fundamentals required;
- Familiarity with SCM, artifact, testing and quality management tools (GitHub/GitLab, Artifactory/Nexus, SonarQube, LambdaTest, Pact);
- Experience in vendor & license management, budgeting and lifecycle control;
- Understanding of security, compliance, auditability and enterprise integration concepts;
- Ability to analyze tool usage and satisfaction data (e.g., dashboards, KPIs, CSAT/OKRs);
- Strong stakeholder engagement and technical communication skills;
- Service-oriented, proactive mindset with focus on continuous improvement;
- Independent and reliable way of working in distributed, cross-functional teams;
- Fluent English communication skills.
