As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality visual assets that strengthen brand presence and deliver impactful visual experiences across digital and social touchpoints. You will translate business and marketing objectives into compelling designs while ensuring strong brand consistency and cohesive visual storytelling.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-quality visual assets for digital channels, including social media, marketing campaigns, and brand communications
- Translate marketing and business requirements into clear, engaging, and on-brand visual designs
- Collaborate closely with marketing, growth, and product teams to deliver effective creative solutions
- Ensure consistency across all visual outputs in line with brand guidelines
- Contribute to the evolution of the brand’s visual identity through thoughtful design execution
- Manage multiple design tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality
- Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices relevant to digital and social platforms
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within digital-first or consumer-facing brands
Experience in fintech, banking, consumer finance, or regulated industries is a strong plus
- Hands-on experience using Figma for digital design and cross-team collaboration
- Practical experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., for concept generation, image enhancement, or workflow optimization) to support design output
- Design Expertise
Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and social media-focused work
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.)
- Motion & Animation
Background or hands-on experience in motion graphics or animated design is a plus
- Digital & Social Focus
Deep understanding of social media formats, design best practices, and platform requirements
Experience designing for performance-driven digital campaigns is a plus
- Creative Thinking & Execution
Strong visual storytelling and conceptual thinking skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in fast-paced environments
