As a Strategy Lead, you will drive strategic planning, execution, and cross-functional alignment to accelerate mylo’s growth and operational efficiency. You will combine analytical rigor with strong program management to implement initiatives that unlock value for consumers, merchants, and the business.
Responsibilities
- Strategy Development & Execution
- Lead the creation and implementation of strategic initiatives and roadmaps.
- Translate high-level goals into actionable plans with clear milestones and KPIs.
- Market & Competitive Intelligence
- Conduct market, consumer, and competitive research to inform strategic decisions.
- Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and fintech innovations to identify opportunities and risks.
- Data-Driven Insights & Analytics
- Perform deep-dive analyses to uncover root causes of business challenges.
- Leverage data to generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to track performance and inform decision-making.
- Program & Project Management
- Own the implementation of critical strategic projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Identify roadblocks and proactively manage risks to ensure smooth execution.
- Cross-Functional Coordination
- Align stakeholders across Growth, Risk, Product, Operations, and Finance to drive seamless strategy execution.
- Facilitate effective communication and accountability between squads.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Develop and manage KPIs, milestone tracking, and dashboards to monitor progress and impact.
- Deliver regular reporting to leadership with actionable insights.
Requirements
- Experience
- 2-4 years in strategy, consultancy or quantitative research.
- Fintech or startup experience is a strong plus.
- Data & Insights Expertise
- Strong analytical skills with proven ability to interpret and synthesize complex data.
- Proficiency in Excel; SQL knowledge is a plus.
- Experience in building dashboards and using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is highly desirable.
- Research & Benchmarking
- Hands-on experience with market research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking.
