We use MySigrid, our proprietary Collaboration & Task Management Platform, to solve tasks efficiently and collectively - improving quality, reducing human error, and increasing speed.
YOUR ROLE AS TRAINER AND PROGRAM FACILITATOR
MySigrid is looking for passionate and dynamic trainers who bring warmth, creativity, and a strong sense of presence to every learning session. Our ideal trainer blends the qualities of an engaging facilitator with the sensitivity and insight of an early childhood educator. This role is for someone who can transform learning into a joyful, embodied, and meaningful experience for children.
What You’ll Do
- Facilitate interactive, movement-based, and experiential learning sessions for young children.
- Create an emotionally safe and encouraging environment where learners feel seen, supported, and curious.
- Deliver lessons with clarity, energy, and intentional communication.
- Adapt teaching approaches to meet the unique needs, moods, and learning styles of each child.
- Observe student behavior and progress, providing thoughtful reflections to improve future sessions.
- Maintain structure and flow in every class while remaining responsive to the children’s pace and engagement level.
- Use storytelling, expression, and imaginative play to bring concepts to life.
- Collaborate with the curriculum team to refine and enhance training activities and lesson plans.

- Easily adjusts pacing and methods based on the group’s energy and individual learning differences.
- Reflective practitioner who observes patterns and refines teaching strategies accordingly.
- Flexible with lesson flow while maintaining intentional structure.
Developmentally Aligned
- Understands how children learn best through play, imagination, movement, and sensory exploration.
- Brings a child-centered approach to every session.
Requirements
- Background in teaching, early childhood development, training, facilitation, or related fields.
- Experience working with young children in educational or enrichment settings is a strong advantage.
- Creative communicator with strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead energetic, interactive sessions.

Co-Working days
MySigrid has co-working offices in BGC, Ortigas, and Makati where the whole team meets at least once a month at a minimum.
