The Role
We are extending the Trading Operations team and we are opening a Senior Trading Analyst - Team Lead position. We are looking for a really proactive candidate, who is up for the task of building a new Unit both in terms of the processes and personnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure profitable betting operations
- Configure the betting offer to maximize the revenue
- Establish Risk strategy
- Collaborate closely with Risk Management team
- Perform deep analysis of the betting data and performance
- Focus on constantly improving results and revenues
- Work with the Product team: prepare short and long term requirements for the back-office tools
What You'll Bring
- A minimum of 3 years of Betting industry experience from a similar role is a must!
- A strong understanding of betting terms and metrics
- An analytical mind
- A passion for working with data, analyzing it, and planning the subsequent actions
