Tech Support Engineer (VN)

Responsibilities

• Be a key source of knowledge for internal platforms, APIs and underlying web-stack technologies used by stakeholders
• Provide timely support and assistance to users, addressing ad-hoc technical requests and troubleshooting issues.
• Investigate, triage, and document reported problems, escalating to the engineering team when necessary.
• Maintain detailed records of support tickets, resolutions, and FAQs for continuous knowledge sharing.
• Assist in testing new features and releases to ensure smooth deployment and minimize production impact.
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles and technical guides

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support, IT operations, or software QA environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience with scripting or automation (e.g., Python, Bash, or JavaScript).
• Experience in database operation, programming languages and excellent debugging skills (MySQL or Oracle).
• Willingness to work in rotating shifts or on-call schedules as needed to ensure continuous support coverage.
