Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative to support service operations for plumbing and HVAC clients. This role plays a key part in coordinating technicians, managing customer communication, and ensuring efficient scheduling through ServiceTitan.
The ideal candidate has experience in dispatching or service coordination, understands trade workflows, and is comfortable working extended shifts in a fast-paced service environment.
Key Responsibilities
Dispatch & Scheduling
- Schedule and dispatch technicians for service calls using ServiceTitan
- Monitor technician schedules, job status, and daily routing
- Adjust schedules in real time based on call volume, emergencies, and availability
- Ensure efficient utilization of technicians and timely service delivery
Customer Service & Communication
- Answer inbound calls and assist customers with scheduling and inquiries
- Provide appointment confirmations, updates, and follow-ups
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding service windows and expectations
- Maintain a professional and friendly tone in all customer interactions
Operations Support
- Enter and update job information accurately in ServiceTitan
- Track job statuses and ensure proper documentation is completed
- Coordinate with field technicians, supervisors, and service managers
- Assist with call tracking, notes, and service records
Qualifications
Required Experience
- Prior experience as a Dispatcher or CSR in a service-based environment
- Hands-on experience with ServiceTitan (highly preferred)
- Availability to work four 10-hour shifts, Saturday through Tuesday
Preferred Experience
- Background or working knowledge in the plumbing and/or HVAC industry
- Experience supporting field service teams or trade-based operations
