We are seeking a proactive and strategic Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In the role of Project Manager at Sago, you will take ownership in the management and execution of multiple In-home Usage Tests (iHUT). Projects will encompass qualitative and quantitative elements.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage multiple iHUT projects from start to finish, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery.
- Monitor progress, anticipate challenges, and resolve issues quickly to keep projects on track.
- Oversee logistics such as product shipping, respondent communications, and survey compliance.
- Handle project data setup, including banner tables, crosstabs, and quality checks on deliverables.
- Collaborate closely with clients, providing updates and building strong relationships.
- Partner with internal teams across programming, recruiting, and account management to ensure success.
- Maintain awareness of project costs, feasibility, and adherence to company SOPs.
- Respond effectively to urgent or unexpected issues, escalating when necessary.
- Support overall project success with flexibility on additional tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must have 2+ years of experience working in a market research environment or combined PM experience.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Basic understanding of banner tables and crosstabs.
