We’re expanding our CRM & CX delivery team to support a major transformation program for a global leader in the consumer goods space.
As a CRM Operations Specialist, you’ll take charge of executing and optimizing engagement campaigns across channels like email, SMS, and Viber. Working hand-in-hand with global CRM leads and local marketing teams, you’ll help deliver personalized experiences at scale—flawless in execution, and rich in impact.
What Your Day Might Look Like:
- Execute & Automate: Build and launch CRM campaigns with smart logic, personalization, and automation—ensuring flawless delivery through hands-on QA.
- Coordinate Across Teams: Align with local and global stakeholders to plan, localize, and approve campaigns that hit both brand and audience goals.
- Govern Quality & Compliance: Apply testing protocols, validate content logic, and ensure all campaigns follow internal governance and contact policies.
- Collaborate & Refine: Partner daily with cross-functional teams and clients to turn needs into actionable CRM briefs and high-impact journeys.
- Monitor & Optimize: Track KPIs, flag performance issues, and fine-tune campaigns using data-driven insights.
Requirements
Your Superpowers🚀:
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in CRM operations or marketing automation.
- Strong command of campaign execution across email/SMS/Viber and customer journey setup.
- Experience managing campaign calendars and coordinating with diverse stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, with a passion for quality assurance and delivering pixel-perfect experiences.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills in both Greek and English.
Bonus points for:
- Experience with platforms like Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ContactPigeon, Emarsys, or similar.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and email rendering tools.
- Background in omnichannel campaigns, especially in retail, beauty, e-commerce, or FMCG.
- Understanding of CRM compliance frameworks (GDPR, consent, etc.).
