Front-End Website Developer

This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone.

Our client is a global digital design and development agency that builds high-quality, performance-driven websites for both internal products and external agency clients. They work with modern front-end technologies, emphasize strong UX standards, and collaborate closely across design, engineering, and project management teams to deliver scalable, well-crafted web experiences.

Role Overview

The Front-End Developer will play a critical role in the development, optimization, and ongoing maintenance of websites built with VueJS and TailwindCSS, as well as agency client websites developed using WordPress and jQuery. This role focuses on building responsive, high-performing, and user-friendly web experiences while collaborating closely with designers, developers, and project managers.

Key Responsibilities

Front-End Development & UX

• Build responsive and visually polished webpages using HTML, raw CSS, and TailwindCSS

• Develop interactive web experiences using VueJS and jQuery

• Apply strong UX best practices, including responsive design, lazy loading, ADA compliance, and usability standards

Performance, SEO & Quality

• Ensure websites load quickly and perform well in tools such as Google PageSpeed Insights and Pingdom Page Load Speed Analyzer

• Ensure websites are indexable by Google and other search engines

• Perform quality control on all deliverables to ensure bug-free, reliable code

Collaboration & Code Quality

• Collaborate with product managers and designers to define and implement new features

• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code

• Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions

• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices

Qualifications

Experience

• 5+ years of professional experience with front-end website development

• 5+ years of experience with VueJS or a similar JavaScript framework

Skills

• Strong expertise in HTML, CSS, TailwindCSS, and modern front-end development practices

• Solid understanding of UX principles and best practices

• Experience building interactive interfaces using JavaScript frameworks and libraries

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams

• Familiarity with WordPress

• Knowledge of version control tools such as Git

• Basic familiarity with server management concepts
