Role Overview
The Graphic Designer (Packaging & Branding) will be responsible for creating and refining premium visual assets across packaging, branding, static ads, and eCommerce product visuals. This role blends high-end design execution with a cinematic, modern aesthetic to elevate the brand across every touchpoint, collaborating closely with creative and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
Packaging, Branding & Ad Design
Design and refine product packaging including pouches, jars, boxes, and labels with a cohesive, elevated visual identity.
Create static ads, digital banners, and campaign visuals for social and marketing channels with an editorial, cinematic tone.
Develop print-ready dielines, layouts, and production files with technical precision.
Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to ensure clarity, luxury, and intentionality in all visuals.
Product Visuals & Listings Optimization
Create and optimize product visuals, mockups, and renders for eCommerce platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, and retail listings.
Design optimized A+ content, thumbnails, and product detail graphics to drive engagement and conversion.
Ensure visuals meet platform requirements while maintaining a consistent high-end aesthetic.
Continuously refine visuals to improve clarity, storytelling, and visual hierarchy.
Creative & Concept Development
Conceptualize visual systems, campaign themes, and product line designs aligned with strategic direction.
Translate creative briefs into clean, modern, and emotionally engaging concepts.
Present design directions, mockups, and color or material explorations for launches and campaigns.
Brand Consistency & System Design
Maintain visual consistency across packaging, ads, and product listings.
Evolve and uphold brand guidelines across multiple media formats.
Ensure all assets express a unified luxury identity.
Design Refinement & Production Readiness
Revise and finalize designs based on feedback, ensuring technical accuracy and aesthetic balance.
Prepare print-ready and web-optimized files, including color correction, layout precision, and dieline validation.
Work with vendors, printers, and photographers to ensure quality output and production alignment.
Qualifications
Experience
Proven experience designing packaging, branding assets, and eCommerce visuals.
Experience creating and optimizing Amazon or Shopify product listings, including A+ content.
Skills
Expert proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign; Figma or 3D mockup experience is a plus.
Strong understanding of packaging structures, eCommerce design, and product visualization.
Deep knowledge of typography, composition, and color theory within a modern, luxury aesthetic.
Meticulous attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency under tight timelines.
Strong passion for crafting visuals that balance beauty, function, and storytelling.
