In the role of German-speaking Customer Care Specialist, you will manage and enhance the end-to-end customer experience, helping our community feel supported and valued.

Your Responsibilities
- Being the primary point of contact for our customers via email and social media, delivering timely, thoughtful, and solution-oriented support
- Managing customer inquiries related to products, availability, orders, and order changes with accuracy and care
- Coordinating closely with our external warehouse partners and logistics providers to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery
- Handling product returns, exchanges (size/fit), and claims efficiently
- Collecting, documenting, and sharing customer feedback and insights to help continuously improve our products, processes, and overall customer experience
- Ensuring all customer interactions reflect snuggsβ brand values and contribute to a positive, trust-based relationship with our community
- Actively contributing to the shaping and strengthening of our brand identity through high-quality customer communication and service standards
Your Profile
- Fluency in German (at least B2 Level), and in English
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role (e.g. customer care, support, service, etc.)
- Highly organized, reliable, and comfortable managing priorities independently
- Empathetic, proactive, and motivated to help others - you enjoy creating positive customer experiences
- Strong alignment with snuggsβ values (natural, expertise, kindness) and a mindset focused on continuous personal and professional growth
- Experience with tools such as Asana, Slack, and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, etc.) is a big plus
