We are seeking a highly accurate and customer-obsessed People Experience Specialist to join our HR Operations team. This role is responsible for executing critical employee lifecycle transactions in UKG, including job changes, new hires, terminations, and reporting line updates. You’ll be the behind-the-scenes engine ensuring our people data is clean, timely, and aligned to company standards — while delivering white-glove service to our employees and leaders.
This is a hybrid role based in our Indianapolis office (WTHR), with an expectation of being on-site 3 days per week.
