Primary Purpose
To design, build, and maintain Power BI reporting and analytics solutions that provide clear, actionable insight across internal operational systems, finance, sales & marketing, and timesheet data. Working on top of the central cloud data warehouse, the role turns trusted data into self‑service dashboards, reports, and analysis that drive better decision‑making for internal teams and clients.
Main Responsibilities:
· Manage your own workload and ensure all committed work is completed within the iteration as per the item’s definition of done.
Professional skills/ experience:
· Proven experience as a Power BI Developer, BI Analyst, or similar reporting/analytics role.
· Strong hands‑on experience with Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service (datasets, dataflows, workspaces, apps, RLS, gateway configuration).
· Excellent data modelling skills (relational and dimensional), including building star/snowflake schemas and conformed dimensions for analytics.
· Strong DAX skills and understanding of evaluation context, time intelligence, and performance optimisation.
· Good working knowledge of SQL and experience consuming data from cloud data warehouses (ideally Snowflake) and/or data lakes.
· Experience working with data from finance, sales & marketing, operations, or timesheet / resourcing systems is highly desirable.
· Understanding of data quality, data governance, and master data concepts; comfortable challenging and reconciling numbers with business teams.
· Familiarity with a major cloud platform (Azure, AWS or GCP) and modern DevOps practices is a plus.
· Experience with other analytics tools (e.g. Excel, SQL-based reporting, other BI platforms) beneficial but not essential.

· Team player with a collaborative, flexible, “can‑do” attitude.
· Able to prioritise effectively, manage multiple reporting demands, and handle pressure during key reporting cycles (e.g. month‑end, board packs).
· High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy, consistency, and usability of reports.
