Role Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with proven experience in the banking or fintech sector to join our dynamic and fast-paced development team. In this role, you’ll work across the full technology stack—from front-end interfaces to back-end systems—to build secure, scalable, and high-performing financial applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Build high quality, fault tolerant systems and products, owning all areas of implementation, frontend, backend, CI pipeline, automated test suites and operations
- Work with your product owner and business stakeholders to define the product and tech roadmaps.
- Engage with the wider engineering organization, making sure your tech roadmap aligns with the other teams.
- Designing and developing robust and scalable server-side applications using Node.js.
- Designing and developing robust web and mobile applications using Flutter..
- Writing reusable, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Implementing and maintaining APIs for seamless integration with front-end applications.
- Integrate APIs with front-end applications.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Troubleshooting and debugging production issues to ensure smooth operations.
- Participating in code reviews to maintain code quality standards.
- Keeping up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in Node.js and Flutter development.
Requirements
Key Requirements
- 5–7+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (Node.js, React/Vue/Angular), and modern frameworks.
- Backend experience with Node.js, Java, or .NET, and RESTful API development.
- Solid experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Hands-on experience in banking, financial services, or fintech environments.
- Familiarity with payment processing, transaction handling, digital wallets, or core banking systems.
- Understanding of security standards such as PCI-DSS, OWASP, and encryption protocols.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Nice to Have
- Experience with microservices architecture and event-driven systems.
- Knowledge of blockchain, DeFi, or RegTech technologies.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Certifications related to finance, cloud, or secure coding.
