This is your chance to make a career change that harnesses your deep construction experience. You can step into a pivotal role as Customer Success Lead, owning our proven Land & Expand Engine across Australia and leading a team of 5 who help major contractors transform how they plan and deliver projects.
If you've been in the trenches of construction, running projects, leading site teams, coordinating complex delivery, and now you're ready to bring that expertise to a new frontier, this role is for you. You've seen firsthand how poor planning derails projects. You've lived the pain of spreadsheets, miscommunication, and reactive firefighting. Now you can help fix it at scale.

As Customer Success Lead, you'll embody this philosophy: your construction credibility will open doors, and your leadership will build the team that proves Aphex works across Australia's biggest projects.
We've crafted and refined our playbooks to ensure you can transition smoothly into this role, with the support and structure needed to excel. For someone ambitious, skilled in leading teams, and ready to make an impact beyond a single project, it's the perfect moment. We've built the foundation and there's plenty of open field for you to run in.
Lead and develop your team: Coach and grow a team of 5 CSMs, helping them master deployments, planning routines, and the user activation journey that multiplies the value Aphex delivers.
Own customer outcomes: Drive adoption, retention, and expansion across your portfolio. The weekly planning sessions your team establishes are what separate good projects from great ones. You'll make sure that's happening consistently.
Drive the Land & Expand Engine: Work closely with our AU sales team to turn successful projects into enterprise-wide rollouts. You'll understand how project success creates momentum across entire organisations, and you'll build the systems to capture it.
Shape our AU playbook: Identify what's working, what's not, and what needs to change. Propose better ways of working and make them a reality.
Construction Expertise: You've spent years on-site in construction, perhaps as an SPE, CM or leading delivery teams. You've run complex operations and know what good project delivery looks like.
Natural Leader: You've led teams before, whether on site or in delivery roles. You know how to coach, motivate, and hold people accountable.
Tech Curious: You're excited by the potential of technology to solve the pain points you've experienced in construction and are keen to make a change in your career.
Relationship Builder: Your communication skills are strong, and you're confident connecting with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
Growth Mindset: You're eager to learn, adapt, and grow in a new environment, with a hunger to continuously improve.
