Your Mission

You will be responsible for managing the assessment and handling of international claims and across multiple European markets. Acting as the central interface between internal teams, our buyer and sellers, and external partners, you will ensure that all international claims are processed with high quality and efficiency.

With your technical automotive expertise, strong moderation skills, and structured approach, you will contribute to optimizing processes, creating transparency, and delivering a strong service for international claims.

Your Responsibilities

• Claims Management: Assess and analyze, and moderate international claims in multiple European Markets.
• Expertise: Provide technical expertise, and take objective decisions to fairly treat our incoming claims.
• Coordination & Communication: Collaborate closely with internal departments (e.g., Buyer Success, Customer Service, Sales) and external stakeholders to optimize processes and find solutions to claims.
• Continues improvements: Prepare and maintain reports, analyzes, and decision templates to support continues improvements and avoiding claims at the root.
