Sportsbook Settlement Coordinator

Join our Sportsbook Operations Team and play a key role in the dynamic world of sports betting. As a Sportsbook Settlement Coordinator, you will handle the settlement of pre-match markets and provide advanced support to our customer service teams. This position requires flexibility as shifts cover 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Main Responsibilities:

•Settling all Sportsbook manually offered markets in a timely manner.
•Analyse regular reports related to unsettled markets in a timely fashion.
•Liaising with internal Sportsbook Trading teams when needed as to provide our customers and partners with an efficient and timely response.
•Assisting the technical team and third-party Sportsbook providers with identifying and rectifying any issues related to sportsbook settlement.
•Supporting Betsson Sportsbook B2B partners with any queries and support related to market settlement.
•Providing sportsbook settlement support to the Sportsbook 2nd Line team.
•Deliver 2nd-line support to Betsson Group’s customer service team across multiple communication channels, when required.
•Contribute to the improvement of sportsbook settlement backend tools.
•Other administrative tasks related to sportsbook support as required from time to time.
