About the Role

As an AI Transformation Manager, you will lead AI strategy and engineering engagements focused on growth functions within large organizations.

You will work directly with senior client leaders across innovation, marketing, sales, and commercial teams to identify high-impact AI opportunities, translate them into concrete solutions, and guide work from framing through execution. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and technology, and involves close collaboration with BOI’s internal AI engineering, design, and technology teams to turn ambition into working systems.

You will own engagements end-to-end, serve as the day-to-day client lead, and ensure AI initiatives move from concept to adoption and measurable impact.

What You Will Do

• Lead AI strategy and build engagements end-to-end, owning problem framing, solution direction, delivery, and outcomes. You will make clear trade-offs on scope, priorities, and timelines to keep work focused, credible, and moving forward.
• Identify where AI creates growth leverage across innovation, marketing, sales, and commercial workflows and where it does not. You will translate broad ambition into clear opportunity areas, use cases, and decisions clients can act on.
• Design and deliver AI-enabled solutions, including workflows, prototypes, decision systems, or products that are tangible, testable, and commercially credible. You will work hands-on with AI tools and approaches while partnering closely with BOI’s AI engineering team to translate strategy into built technology.
• Lead day-to-day client relationships, providing clarity in moments of ambiguity, navigating stakeholder complexity, and maintaining momentum under pressure. You will anticipate risks, surface issues early, and align internal and client teams around delivery.
• Grow impact through delivery and team leadership, developing team members through clear direction and feedback, and turning successful engagements into reusable cases, approaches, and credibility that strengthen BOI’s growth practice.

Who This Role Is For

You are motivated by turning AI into real growth impact inside complex organizations.

• You have a minimum of 5+ years of experience working on complex enterprise-level client or stakeholder work across strategy, growth, product, or AI-enabled transformation,
• You are comfortable operating between executives, practitioners, and engineers, and translating between business ambition and technical execution.
• You combine structured thinking with hands-on problem solving and strong judgment.
• You take ownership for outcomes and proactively shape direction rather than waiting for it.
• You care about developing others and raising the bar for teams and work.
