Your career as a Global People Support Specialist at Booksy will give you the unique opportunity to act as the backbone of our People & Culture department. You'll provide essential tier 1 and tier 2 HR support to our global workforce of just over 1000 employees.
This is a transformative moment to join the team. You won't just contribute to operational excellence; you'll partner with the Global Head of People Support to design, build, and optimize P&C processes, workflows, and SOPs from the ground up. You'll be instrumental in shaping the Global People Support operating model globally, establishing scalable processes tailored to the European landscape, with a focus on Poland.
You'll take the lead in ensuring seamless execution of HR processes, accurate data management, and exceptional employee service. You’ll oversee compliance-driven tasks and support the rollout of global standards while expertly adapting processes to local legislative nuances, especially within the Polish context.
