ABOUT THE POSITION
Email Marketing Manager at BURGA is more than just a title - it’s a front-row seat to the evolution of a brand that’s taking the world by storm. You'll be at the heart of an extremely versatile and fast-paced environment, where new collections, campaigns, and product launches will keep you sharp and excited.
Your Role: As an Email Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for crafting and optimizing email marketing strategies globally. You’ll collaborate with creative and marketing teams to deliver impactful campaigns that inspire engagement, drive conversions, and strengthen the brand.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Take full ownership of the email marketing function at BURGA and drive its strategic direction.
- Manage 18 email marketing accounts
- Develop impactful, on-brand email campaigns designed to increase sales.
- Develop persuasive, conversion-focused email copy that supports overarching marketing goals.
- Build, test, and optimize both automated and manual email flows.
- Run A/B tests to ensure peak performance.
- Evaluate campaign outcomes and continuously iterate to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Maintain consistent branding, storytelling, and tone across all email communications.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- A track record of creating high-performing campaigns that drive engagement and sales.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in email marketing or copywriting.
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalization, and automation.
- Hands-on experience with Klaviyo or similar platforms (campaign setup, automation flows, audience segmentation).
- Analytical mindset and a data-driven optimization approach.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and an eye for visual and brand consistency.
SALARY: 3000- 4000 Eur/gross. We’re open to discussing it based on your skills and competencies.
