Shopify Administrator (Full-Time)
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Full-Time Shopify Administrator to manage the day-to-day backend operations of multiple client Shopify stores. This role is critical to ensuring each store is technically sound, accurately maintained, and ready to support high-performing marketing and promotional activity.
You will work primarily in the Shopify backend, owning catalog accuracy, promotions setup, app administration, and light theme updates. This is an execution-focused role requiring precision, independence, and strong operational discipline.
Key Responsibilities
Catalog & Inventory Management
- Manage product listings, variants, collections, and inventory accuracy across multiple Shopify and Shopify Plus stores
- Ensure product data, pricing, and availability are consistently accurate and up to date
Store Operations & Promotions
- Set up, test, and deploy discount codes, automatic promotions, bundles, and tiered pricing
- Support marketing campaigns by ensuring all promotions are correctly configured and QA’d before launch
Technical Maintenance
- Monitor stores for site errors, broken links, or checkout issues
- Identify and resolve common technical or app-related issues to ensure a seamless customer journey
App Administration
- Install, configure, and maintain Shopify apps (e.g. subscriptions, loyalty, reviews)
- Troubleshoot app conflicts and coordinate updates as needed
Theme & Site Updates
- Implement minor site updates using the Shopify Theme Editor
- Publish new theme versions and ensure updates do not disrupt live store functionality
