About The Role:
We’re on the look out for a super talented Growth Marketing Manager to partner across teams, drive pipeline growth, optimise digital performance, and build a data-driven growth engine, including our account-based marketing (ABM) programme.
You’ll collaborate closely with our Head of Marketing - EMEA, our European marketing team, and the sales teams for the Netherlands and Belgium-Luxembourg to co-develop our digital growth strategy and take an important role in its end-to-end execution.
We are looking for someone to own the delivery of our marketing roadmap. You will lead the charge on execution, managing the moving parts and driving the team to reach our growth targets.
Your key areas of focus:
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Campaigns targeted at specific accounts within our ICP, in close collaboration with local sales teams.
- Email marketing & marketing automation: Build intelligent flows using tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Marketo, for both customer communication and new business initiatives. We’re migrating to Marketo and you will get extensive training on becoming a true ‘Marketo master’ in this role.
- SEO and AIO (AI-Optimised content): Collaborating closely with an agency and our Global SEO Manager to optimise content for both search engines and AI platforms.
- PR, Branding & content marketing: Develop thought leadership and conversion-oriented content for all funnel stages, including customer retention. Together with our Head of Marketing EMEA, you will manage our PR agency. Eventually, you will take ownership of managing this agency by yourself.
- Full-funnel ownership: Together with cross-functional colleagues, you will continuously optimise the journey from first contact to sales-qualified lead. You’ll be supported by the global team and their expertise, such as the Design Team, SEO Manager, Website Manager, and CRM Manager, creating a collaborative environment where knowledge-sharing and learning are encouraged.
- Campaign, launches, Market research and analysis, & reporting: You’ll drive market insight to help us understand the local landscape from tracking competitors to spotting new opportunities. You’ll also be the lead on product launches, keeping an eye on how our campaigns are performing and sharing those wins (and lessons!) with the team
- PPC and Paid media channels, Budget ownership and strategic spending: Working closely with the Head of Marketing EMEA, you will drive the tactical deployment of the BeNeLux budget. You will oversee the regional roll-out of SEO and PPC initiatives, ensuring spend is optimised for local impact while staying aligned with EMEA strategy. You are responsible for executing high-performing campaigns and tracking ROI to ensure every dollar drives regional growth.
What You’ll Bring:
We’re looking for someone who has already taken their first steps in marketing, ready to collaborate with the Head of Marketing EMEA to architect and drive the BeNeLux strategy. Through expert coaching, you’ll evolve from a performance marketer into the regional lead.
We’re seeking a data-driven, creative professional ready to step up. Starting with PPC, Paid Media, and content, you will gain the skills and ownership to eventually act as the Head of Marketing for this region. If you’re ready to move from execution to strategic ownership, this is your launchpad.
- Creative Minded & Execution Focused: Passion for bringing ideas to life through engaging copy, creative ideas, and compelling campaign plans.
- Great Written Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to write clear, compelling, professional copy tailored for digital channels.
- Proactive & Driven Attitude: Can‑do mindset, hunger to take ownership, seek solutions, and continuously improve campaign effectiveness and efficiency.
- 1‑4 Years Experience in Marketing: Ideally experience in a fast‑paced marketing, communications, or support role (graduates or equivalent professional experience welcome).
- Organisational & Project Skills: good organisational skills, managing multiple deadlines and coordinating logistics seamlessly (especially for events and content publishing).
- You are ambitious and eager to learn; qualities we highly value and actively nurture.
- Dutch is your native language (this is a strict requirement)
