What’s your Mission?
As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll play a crucial role in driving revenue growth for Agilent. You'll be responsible for:
- Outbound Sales: Actively prospecting and engaging with potential customers to identify and close sales opportunities for on-demand service contracts and maintenance/repair services.
- Inbound Sales: Handling incoming customer inquiries, providing product information, and addressing customer needs effectively.
- Customer Relationship Management: Building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and proactively offering solutions.
- Sales Funnel Management: Managing your own sales pipeline, tracking progress, and ensuring timely follow-up.
- Collaboration: Working closely with cross-functional teams, including customer care, engineering, and field service, to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements
Your Experience, Our Future
- Language Skills: Fluency in Italian and English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Sales Acumen: Proven sales experience, including a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Customer Focus: Ability to build strong relationships and provide excellent customer service.
- Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to find innovative solutions.
- Time Management: Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Teamwork: A collaborative team player with a strong work ethic.

- Start Date: ASAP
- Hours: 39 hours per week
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday - 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
- Salary: 27,500€ per year
- Performance Bonus: Up to 11,000€ per year (performance potential up to 2,750€ per quarter)
- Holidays: 24 holidays per year
- Training: 2 weeks training + 2 weeks continuous on the job training
- Office Location: Barcelona (La Sagrera)
