About the Role:

We’re looking for a Financial Analyst to join our growing Finance team. The Financial Analyst will play a key role in supporting the financial statement close process, internal and external reporting, and compliance functions. Reporting to the Manager, Financial Reporting, the Financial Analyst will have wide exposure to financial processes in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure a timely and accurate close of month-end in a multi-company/multi-currency environment
- Prepare month-end journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
- Prepare quarterly stand-alone and consolidated financial statements
- Collaborate with Finance team members to meet reporting deadlines
- Perform data validation to ensure consistency of information across financial systems
- Assist with the year-end external audit by providing documentation in response to auditor requests
- Perform tie-outs to ensure accuracy of income tax filings
- Other ad hoc duties as required
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of progressive work experience in auditing/accounting
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail
- Self motivated and driven, adapts quickly to changing priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Team player with strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong systems experience including advanced Excel skills
- Experience in software or technology sectors preferred
- Experience with Netsuite preferred
