Position Summary
Naturium is seeking a Summer Intern, Influencer & PR Marketing to support influencer campaigns, earned media initiatives, and brand activations across key launches and moments. This role offers hands-on exposure to creator partnerships, PR coordination, event execution, and cross-functional collaboration within a science-forward, fast-growing skincare brand.
Responsibilities:
- Influencer Campaign Execution
- Support the day-to-day conceptualization and execution of paid and organic influencer campaigns
- Proactively source and identify user-generated content (UGC) that authentically showcases real product use and strong brand alignment
- Assist with creator research across TikTok, Meta platforms, YouTube, and emerging channels
- Track campaign performance, metrics, and post-campaign summaries using Tribe Dynamics and CreatorIQ
- Assist with influencer send-outs, including shipment coordination, product selection, and organization
- Stay up to date on cultural moments and trends, sharing relevant insights with the team
- Press Release & Communications Liaison
- Support PR strategy to help drive awareness through earned media and storytelling
- Assist with follow-ups and coordination with the PR agency
- Consolidate PR updates and share clear status updates with internal stakeholders
- Help ensure timelines, approvals, and deliverables remain organized and on track
- Events & Activations
- Support planning and execution of brand events, pop-ups, and activations requiring PR or influencer coordination
- Assist with guest list management, influencer and media attendance, and on-site support
- Support post-event reporting and learnings by tracking coverage, content, and performance metrics
- Cross-Team Support
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Social, Community, Brand, Corporate Communications, Digital, and Creative teams to support key brand moments
Requirements:
- Must be a rising junior or senior at the time of the internship
- Must be available for the full internship period: June 1st - August 28th
- Based in New York, with availability for a hybrid schedule including at least three days in person per week
- Strong interest in influencer marketing, PR, beauty, and creator culture
- Fluent in TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging social platforms
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables
- Familiarity with influencer marketing tools and campaign tracking systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
Business Rationale:
- This summer, the Naturium e.l.f.tern will support influencer and PR initiatives by assisting with creator research, event execution, and press coordination across key launches and brand moments. The role will help build and maintain influencer and media lists, track earned coverage, and identify authentic, on-brand creators and UGC. Through performance tracking and reporting, the intern will contribute to strengthening influencer partnerships and amplifying PR impact.
