Organisational Development Manager

We are now looking for an experienced Manager Organisational Development (OD) to drive our OD strategy across Europe and help shape the future capabilities, culture, and leadership of a rapidly growing, multinational organisation.

As the Manager OD for PSS Europe, you will play a key role in strengthening leadership capability, fostering a high‑performance culture, and supporting the development of more than 800+ employees across 14+ European countries.

Reporting to the Director of Recruitment & Talent Management, you will design and implement strategic OD initiatives that elevate our people, strengthen engagement, and fuel business growth.

We are looking for someone who combines strategic vision with hands‑on execution:

• 6+ years’ experience in OD, leadership development, or talent management (international and science‑based environments strongly preferred).
• Proven success leading OD initiatives across multiple countries or business units.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience with assessment tools (DiSC, StrengthsFinder, etc.).
• Excellent project management, analytical thinking, and cultural awareness.
• High emotional intelligence and the ability to influence leaders.
• Knowledge of employment law and OD best practices.
• Proficiency with MS Office and modern learning platforms.

🏡 The role is home-based, with regular travel across Europe to support our teams on-site.
