About the Job

Excelya is on the lookout for a skilled Test Case Designer to join our innovative and dynamic team. This role is crucial in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through rigorous testing and validation processes. As part of our company, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and contribute to impactful projects in the healthcare domain.

Your primary responsibility will be to design effective test cases based on requirements and specifications, ensuring that all aspects of the software are thoroughly tested and validated before deployment.

Main Responsibilities

• Understand and analyze business use cases related to the upgrade of a referential application.
• Design, document, and maintain detailed test cases for both technical and functional application evolutions.
• Execute test cases, record test evidence (Xray), and ensure compliance of the updated functionalities.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including data managers, reference data teams, and IT (DSI), to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
• Draft and maintain documentation linked to application updates (user guides, training materials, business rule descriptions) in both French and English.
• Develop a functional understanding of data‑management applications and their interdependencies.
• Implement data integrity rules in accordance with project needs.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes.

Requirements

About You

To excel in this role, you must be rigorous, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously while collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams.

• Experience: Proven experience as a Test Case Designer or in a similar role in software testing. Familiarity with QA methodologies and testing tools is advantageous such as Jira, Xray, and with SQL and Excel.
• Skills: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; ability to create clear and concise test cases; excellent communication skills; proactive problem-solving abilities.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Languages: Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
