As Fanvue scales, the next phase of growth will not come from optimising the same levers harder. This role exists to uncover, validate, and systemise entirely new growth surfaces by turning ambiguity into signal and signal into compounding growth systems.

🎯 The Role

We’re hiring a Growth Generalist to discover, validate, and scale Fanvue’s next generation of growth levers.

This is a zero-to-one growth role. You’ll operate across Fanvue’s full growth surface, including acquisition, activation, lifecycle, referrals, community, and product-led growth. Your mandate is to turn ideas into signal and signal into repeatable systems that compound over time.

🚀 What You’ll Do

• Identify and prioritise new growth opportunities using internal data, external research, and first-principles thinking

• Design and ship hypothesis-driven experiments at high velocity, running multiple tests concurrently

• Build scrappy MVPs and prototypes such as landing pages, workflows, lifecycle triggers, and lightweight product changes

• Instrument and evaluate experiments using impact metrics like activation, retention, funnel conversion, and revenue efficiency

• Decide quickly whether to kill, iterate, or double down based on signal

• Convert winning experiments into repeatable systems with clear playbooks, tooling, and ownership handoffs

• Create at least one compounding growth loop or flywheel that materially impacts core metrics

• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Content, Lifecycle, and Creators to reduce friction and increase execution speed

• Communicate learnings clearly and continuously, focusing on outcomes rather than output
