As a Senior Product Designer, you will work on core fintech and Web3 products, shaping user experience across web and mobile.
You will lead design initiatives, influence product decisions, and ensure that complex financial mechanics are translated into clear, trustworthy, and intuitive interfaces.
Responsibilities:
Design Strategy & Visual Direction
- Lead the evolution of GoMining’s visual language toward a refined FinTech design, while preserving brand identity and moving away from a purely gaming-style aesthetic.
- Ensure visual consistency and high-quality design across products and platforms.
- Contribute to and evolve design systems, patterns, and guidelines.
Product Design & Execution
- Design end-to-end user flows for web and mobile (iOS / Android).
- Create clear, scalable UX for complex financial and transactional products.
- Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers from discovery to delivery.
- Participate in design reviews and support high-quality developer hand-offs.
Fintech & DeFi UX
- Design intuitive interfaces for data-heavy products, including lending and yield-based protocols.
- Simplify complex backend logic and financial mechanics into user-friendly experiences.
- Design wallet, card, and neo-banking flows with a focus on clarity, trust, and usability.
Web3 & Non-Custodial UX
- Design secure, low-friction onboarding for non-custodial wallets, including seed phrase handling and multisig setups.
- Create high-conversion KYC and compliance flows, balancing regulation, security, and user experience.
- Work with security and compliance constraints without compromising usability.
Collaboration & Design Leadership
- Act as a design leader within cross-functional product teams.
- Mentor other designers through feedback, reviews, and shared best practices.
- Influence product decisions through research, design rationale, and user-centered thinking.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer (UI/UX) on complex digital products.
- Strong experience designing fintech, DeFi, or financial products.
- Proven ability to work with data-heavy and transactional interfaces.
- Hands-on experience with Web3 UX, wallets, or non-custodial systems.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work.
- Ability to simplify complex systems into clear, elegant user experiences.
- Experience working closely with product and engineering teams.
- English B2/C1.
