A Hybrid working model
Now offices are fully open we have embraced a hybrid working model, which allows our employees to split their time between the office and other locations, something we hope will provide everyone much more flexibility to their working week. The expectation is that working life at Hogarth will involve working from the office for about 50% of the time for most people. What does a QA Engineer does at Hogarth
We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer to test websites, platforms, and other deliverables. Primary responsibilities include executing test plans, updating test reports, debugging and writing defect reports, verifying fixes, developing test automation scripts, and building automation solutions.

Shift Flexibility Requirement: The incumbent must be available and open to working flexible hours, with the potential for night shifts being required a few times per year during peak periods.
Compensation (Night Shift Allowance) NSA: The company will provide a night shift allowance on top of regular pay for any period worked during night shift per the terms of company policy. This provision is aimed at ensuring balanced work conditions and fair compensation.
